How Do You Upload Correctly

Once you have completed all the sections that you want to fill in within the document.

Press back until you arrive at the dash board screen that looks like this.....

When you are on the home screen on your device on the top right hand

side next to the update button is a button labelled "Edit". Once you have

pressed edit, if you select the property that you would like to upload so

that a red circular box with a white tick appears to the left hand side of the selected property.

When you have selected the property along the bottom of the screen

2 buttons will appear labelled 'Delete selected' or 'Sync Selected'

Press 'Delete Selected' or 'Sync Selected' as appropriate.

The document will then either start syncing to the server or be deleted

depending on the option you selected.

(You will have to confirm the delete before the document is deleted.)

When you start to sync to the server a new screen will appear with the message

"Syncing with server Please wait..." with a loading symbol below.

As soon as the document has successful synced to the system a message will appear on screen saying "Sync was successful"

Always make sure you not trying to upload multiple documents, if you are then it

might be putting to much strain on your internet connection causing it to drop out.

If you are trying to upload multiple documents simply try one at a time and this might

remedy the situation.
