Utilities

The Utilities section of the document is used to list

as the name says the utilities in the property such as electricity

meter readings or stop cock location as prompted, if any of the sections

are left blank then they will not appear on the finished document but it

is recommended that you always try to fill these sections as part

of the check out process for liaising with the utility supplier if there is an outstanding balance or debt.
