What Is An Inventory?

An inventory documents acts as a benchmark as to the standard of cleanliness and décor in a property before and after a tenancy.

This is used to issue that if their are any issues after a tenancy they can be noted and should legal action need to

occur then these issues can be proven to exist after the tenancy and not before it.
