Rooms

In the rooms section you will be able to start describing the inside of the property room by room.

To add a Room when you are on the home screen press the button labelled Rooms at the bottom of the page.

A new screen will appear that looks like this.

To add your room Press the ‘Add Room’ button and a new screen will appear that looks like this.

Room Type

The default Room Type is set to ‘Attic’ to change this press the white box that is labelled room type

and a screen will appear that looks like this.

To select the Type of room that you would desire press the name of the room and a small blue tick

will appear on the right hand side of it.

Press back and you will return to your room home screen.

Beneath this is the name of the room which can be changed for example when you have more than one

bedroom then you can change the name from Bedroom to Master Bedroom.

Overview Comments

The overview comments section is a section where you can add text about the overview of the room for

example when you enter the room there is a strong odorous smell.

The next section of the document is the overview of the photos of the room.

There are 3 overview photos that you can use to show the layout of the room.

To add a new photo press the large white box underneath the the subheading photo.

A new screen will appear that looks like this.

To take a picture press the button labelled Camera which will then take you to the camera where you can take a photo.

Once you have taken the photo you will then be asked whether you would like to save it or retake.

If you have pressed saved then the photo will appear as a thumbnail size on the document where you selected.

If you aren't happy with the picture that has been taken then press retake and you will then be able to retake the photo.

Room Elements

At the bottom of the room homescreen is the typical room elements consisting of:

• -Doors
• -Windows
• -Ceiling
• -Floor
• -Wall
• -Fixtures and Fittings
• -Furnishings
• -Cupboards

With the exception of the kitchen which has 12 Elements instead of 8 which are:

• -Doors
• -Windows
• -Ceiling
• -Floor
• -Wall
• -Fixtures and Fittings
• -Furnishings
• -Cupboards
• -Cutlery and Utensils
• -Crockery and Pans
• -Glassware
• -Kitchen Appliances

The number in the brackets on the right hand side of the element is the total number of elements

that has been created for that room. For example if you have added 3 doors for a living room then

it will appear as - ‘Doors (3)’
