Detailed Comments

The detailed comments section is for selecting any detailed comments that that are apparent for example

if the door is chipped then you would say that the the door was chipped.

Notes

In the notes section you are able to add any notes about the door that you desire

For example if the rear of the door is white when the door is black.

Gives you the option of using 5 photographs to describe the item  

Recommendation to landlord

Add any comments recommendations to landlord.

Door Details(0)

In door details you are able to talk about one single item such as the lock on the door.

Press the door detail button which is normally blank. A new page will appear that looks

like this asking you to add door detail.

Press the add door detail button. A new page will appear like this.

Select the name of the item that you are describing.

Colour

Select the colour of the item that you are describing.

Condition

Select the condition of the door.

Detailed Comments

Select any detailed comments that are relevant to the described item.

Notes

Text box allows you to add any comments necessary.

Photo  

Gives you the option of using 5 photographs to describe the item.
