As instructed above you need to open you device with in iExplorer and find the miProgram+ app.
If you don't know how to do this see the section above. As soon as you have found the miProgram+
app again you need to find where you have saved the “db.sqlite” file
Once you have found the file all you have to do is click on it and drag it over the
“Documents” section of the miProgram+ app in iExplorer.
As soon as you have done this then you will be asked whether you want to replace
the file that is already in the folder. Only click yes if there are no documents on the
device that you are trying to add the information to because if you click replace it
will permanently delete any documents that are on that device and replace
them with the ones that you are trying to recover.
Once you have replaced the file the next step is to refresh the app.
To do this you have to turn the app off. The easiest way to do this is to
double tap the home button “the button on the bottom of your device with a grey square in it”
When you have done this the screen will fade out and four apps will from the bottom of the screen.
As soon as you can see this press and hold on one of the apps and you should
then see a red symbol in the top left hand corner. Just tap on these and it will turn the apps off
When the app is turned off press the home button and this will refresh your phone back to normal.
Then all you have to do is open the miProgram+ app and you will see your recovered documents at the top.
