This is the easiest step to take and will make the biggest difference. When you use an app on an iPhone or iPad etc
even though you have come out of the app it will still be running in the background taking up the devices CPU (brain).
To Turn them off after use you you simple double tap on the indent on the bottom of the device, which will make a menu pop up
on the bottom of the screen, which will have the apps that are running in the background listed.
Then to turn them off you simply press and hold on one of the app icons (whilst still in the bottom menu). If you have done this correctly
the app will begin to shake with a icon (looks like a stop sign) if there is a black cross DO NOT PRESS IT
this will delete the app from the phone and you will lose all the information contained within, just press the indent
to reset the device and try again. When the Icons are shaking simply tap the red icon in the left hand corner
and they will disappear from the menu. This means the app is turned off, repeat this process until all the apps
disappear from the bottom menu.
